This website is produced by Adelanta Publishing, a division of Adelanta Travel Services Limited. We are a Nottinghamshire-based company, in business since 1989, offering a variety of services in the specialist travel, events and publishing arenas.

Nottinghamshire Flavours is a service designed to bring together local gourmets and foodies with the restaurants and specialist food shops of the county. In addition to this website, we also publish a quarterly magazine, 'Nottinghamshire Flavours' which is available at local Farmers' Markets, Food Shops and at the twice-yearly FoodFest at Thoresby Park.
